The use of these resources is to be condensed or removed by actions like reworking productions, maintenance, processes in the facility, material substitution, recycling and reusing materials. Another point is to save water resource through an estimate of water stress in various of operations and recognize substances that are dangerous. Substances like chemicals that are teasing a risk must be discovered and taken care of. Reducing emissions and implementing a system to identify, manage, reduce and recycle solid waste that is safe (KA, 1950), are something that Kongsberg Automotive is taking seriously.
