KYOSHA VALLEY MENTOR PROGRAM
Here at Kyosha Valley we will be starting a new program. This program will be put in place to help all employees with any concerns or questions they may have concerning the duties expected of them here at Kyosha Valley Healthcare Facility. It has come to our attention that many of the newer staff who has been here under 12 months are having trouble and need assistance understanding our procedures, guidelines, and policies. So we will be putting forth every effort to ensure this matter is given the proper attention with aid of our more experienced staff through our new founded mentoring program. If you feel that this is an opportunity you would like to invest your time and thoughts into to help improve the patient care and staff support rates here. There will be a form available online at www.KyoshaValleyMentoringProgram.com. There will be a series of questions asked to help us know how we can personally contribute our support to you as an individual and appreciated team member. After the questionnaire is completed we will then assess the results and contact you for a personal meeting to discuss the results. Together we will then strategically implement a plan to help you achieve all goals we will set for you and your mentor. The mentor we choose for you to follow for at least 10-14 days will show you personally the way we do things here at Kyosha Valley. This mentor will have set requirements also put in place to help you achieve and become familiar with all our procedures, guidelines, and policies. Throughout this process each step completed will be rewarded in the form of a dinner on us and a Well Done accomplishment certificate. This will not only help keep your spirit up and allow us to show you how much we really appreciate your commitment to us here at Kyosha Valley but helps us all making the vision of one team here at Kyosha Valley an reality.
