The three different levels of temperature that we will test are: 4*C, 25*C, and 85*C. To determine if lactase reacted on the different levels of temperature we will use glucose test strips.

Our results on Table 2 reflect that for the test tube that was placed at a temperature of 85*C had a negative result, meaning that no glucose was found. The test tube that was placed under the 25*C level of temperature contained the most glucose concentration (250 mg) according to our data on Table 2. Lastly, the tube under 4*C had a scarce amount of glucose (100 mg).
Lactase enzyme reaction when exposed to different pH levels
The purpose of this experiment is to analyze how different pH levels affect lactase activity. The three different pH levels that we will test are: pH 4, pH 6, and pH 10. To determine if lactase was able to function and produce glucose, we will use glucose test strips.
