Lael's Ethical Dilemmas
1. Why should Lael get involved in reporting if she has not experienced any of the allegations the other employees are making?
Lael was working the company. She discovered that the company's staff high percentage to leave, the company's performance dropped significantly. If the company employees are poor on the moral and cultural views, the employees will leave in a short time. She would like to make employees feel comfortable at work. They were more likely to work harder, which also improves performance. So she found a few colleagues to understand the company, she found some questions about the manager's son to make some unethical behavior. She wants even those who engage in these immoral acts as managers’ sons, and still need to be reported. …show more content…
But for environmentalists, this is nothing. Because of companies to survive and profit. So, the shareholders of the two companies can make money to celebrate, and then, they did not forget to serve the interests of farmers.
1. Compare the benefits of growing GM seeds for crops with the potential negative consequences of using them.

Crops that eventually end up in our food or in the feed used to fatten up animals in factory farms-animals we slaughter for food.
In fact, with the Monsanto claims to reduce the environmental impact are the opposite. Because of GMO has a significant impact on biodiversity, for example, when farmers use the grow herbicide-resistant crops, it can kill weeds, and a large amount of herbicide cannot harming the crop.
Although it can save manpower, if the insects lost the weeds (many of which are beneficial crops), the insects will be die that will be affected by the birds.
In addition, because the herbicide is toxic, when it is washed into the river and pond, the aquatic organisms will face catastrophe
