Laltora Case Summary

LaTora is a very polite and professional candidate. She most recently worked a temporary position for Rolls Royce as a Documentations Specialist / Quality Assurance. In this role, she would review procedures to find better ways of shipping the product, established new procedures, tracked files, verified that they data entry was entered in the system correctly, and documented any discrepancies. Prior to this, she had worked for Catheter Research for over 7 years and finished her time as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. She had taken on a lot of responsibility while working there, she had to preform internal auditing which required her to audit payroll, monitor the workers and correct them if they were not following the correct guidelines, and
much more. She was responsible for connecting with the carries to verify drop offs and pickups, created bill of landings, follow up with the carries and clients on discrepancies, tracked all findings, and spent time entering data and verifying that the correct products were being sent out. She truly loved this job and wanted to stay there long term, unfortunately they moved majority of their company out of the states. Once this happened, she decided to stay home with her family and be a house wife for a while. Previously, she had worked for Rainbow Apparel as an Assistant Store Manager for around two years.
