Poverty. Poverty is a major issue in most Latin American countries. Poverty is when a country is generally extremely poor. Poverty however, can be fixed. It can also become an extremely big issue if a country does not care about it. The best country for a demonstration, is Nicaragua. Nicaragua is the poorest country in Latin America. This is mainly because it can’t keep up with how much it is spending. This is what happens in most countries in L.A. They can’t keep up with all the spending they are doing. Most countries try to counter this by making small businesses but all that is doing is adding more and more debt to the country, thus turning them to poverty.
