General Purpose: To Inform
Specific Purpose: To inform my audience three main reasons on how can laughter be the best medicine for human  being - physical Health Benefits
Thesis statement: Laughter help trigger the release of endorphins, protect us against heart attack, and relaxes our muscles.

Introduction: Laughter is a great thing, that's why we've all heard the saying, "Laughter is the best medicine." There is strong evidence that laughter can actually improve health and help fight disease. Let's take a look on how can laughter be the best medicine.
Central Idea: What do laughter do? Laughter help trigger the release of endorphins, protect us against heart attack, and relaxes our muscles.

Body:
I. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkiller, and produces a general sense of well being

1. Scientifically, endorphins are neurotransmitters that are generated in the brain with the aim of reducing pain.

2. In the moment of uncontrollable laughter, you must have noticed that you hardly feel any pain, numbness prevails and that is simply due to the intensity of endorphin release. 3. Not only that, according to the American Dietetic Association, by triggering the release of endorphins, laughter actually reduces stress and strengthens your immune system.

4. So the next time when you feel stressed or pain, try out laughing to release endorphin and get instant relief without drugs.
