Laughter is The Best Medicine
Laughter is a great thing -- that's why we've all heard the saying, "Laughter is the best medicine." There is strong evidence that laughter can actually improve health and help fight disease. Our brains can make us healthier and happier through laughter.

So, let us begin, Assalamualaikum and a very pleasant morning to honourable judges, accurate time keeper, and of course, my unforgotten wonderful audiences. Well, as I said earlier, “Laughter is the best medicine.”. We all love to laugh. And that is the reason that we feel so happy for a long time after we have a hearty laugh. So, what is laughter? Laughter is an expression of certain emotions especially mirth of delight by a series of spontaneous, with sounds often accompanied by corresponding facial and bodily movements.

As most of us remain so much busy in work these days to cope up with the fast pacing life of today, we forget to spend time for ourselves too. Today’s life becomes stressful and demands more and more energy and power to do the work. So, we all must laugh and spend at least some spare time for ourselves and others. For this, we can choose the path of laughter. Many studies have shown that laughter can boost your energy level and reduce stress. It is a powerful tool for combating stress and conflict, thus making you feel good, improve one’s health and make relationships with others closer and stronger. It is a totally a boon for all of us. It provides a physical and emotional release. The benefits and the advantages of laughter are non ending. Laughter boosts the immune system. It improves our alertness, creativity and memory too. Laughter brings a positive attitude in us. It greatly helps us in filling our lives with enthusiasm and increased productivity. It also helps in fighting diseases. Laughter can improve our health. It reduces pain and allows us to tolerate discomfort. It reduces blood sugar levels. It creates positive emotional environment among the people and help in
