I think their mission statement is analogous and fit almost perfectly to what I saw on their website. Fougeres.com just the name makes you think classy and first-class as people have a idea the French means expensive. The main home page has a photo of different types of cheese and you automatically think of wine, which is shown in the video I watch. Even though it was more of a promotion look and a way of advertising their restaurant it was a preview of what they portray at Le Fougeres. In the beginning of the short video it shows a chef walking in a the garden, which was mentioned in the mission statement stating there are surrounding gardens and woods. He proceeds to pick up a couple of flowers where the video is really showing a vast amount of garden space. Then he makes his way back into the restaurant. In that time you get to see the restaurant and the fine dining space. A waitress is carefully setting the table, several wine glasses, that portraying that the serve good wine.
