IF I WERE LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD,
THE FIRST ISSUE I WOULD ADDRESS WOULD BE
If I were leader of the free world, the first issue I would address would have to be abortion. I am not fond of the idea that abortion is a common practice in the USA. Abortion, in my Catholic opinion, is morally wrong and the same thing as murder. I don’t understand how men, women, children, animals, and even plants have rights, but babies don’t.
For those of you who do not know what abortion is, abortion is the deliberate termination of your unborn child. There are many clinics across the world where this act is practiced every day. I am very proud that my city has closed down one clinic already and that there is only one left. I believe that these clinics should be declared illegal.
Abortion has been legal since the Rowe v. Wade case in 1973. The case was about a woman who was pregnant, but did not want to give birth to her child. At that time, only a few states declared that abortion was legal. It was illegal in every other state. She lived in a state that declared abortion illegal. So she hired a lawyer to try to make abortions legal in every state. She won her court case and now abortions are legal in every state in the USA.
I know some people believe in Pro-Choice. Pro-choice is someone who believes that someone should have the choice between abortion and life. I believe everyone should be pro-life. Pro-life is someone who believes that someone should always choose life and never choose abortion. I am 100% pro-life. I usually do not mind others opinions, but I just don’t agree with pro-choice. I want to make abortions illegal worldwide.
If I accomplish this issue as the leader of the free world, I would then address the issue of education in America. I would institute a law that requires every person to graduate high school and either got to a four year college or a trade school. I believe that this would help to increase the literacy rate in America. The more people that
