Peter Senge was the author responsible for introducing the concept of the learning organization, as he issued his book at 1990 “The Fifth Discipline”. He stated that a learning organization is where individuals expand their knowledge and learn new experiences in order to reach to their desired results. (The Key Elements of a Successful Learning Organisations, 2013) Therefore, he ended up with stating five elements of a learning organization and those are:
Listening He stated that advanced organizations are those the one who listens to their colleagues and accept new ideas and flexible to brainstorming sessions. Managers need to actively listen and continually innovate colleagues to introduce their personal thoughts.
Coaching Successful organization are the ones who include coaching ethos. Whereas, coaching needs to be occurred in a daily basis and not viewed as a process. In order to boost the performance of the colleagues and to nurture their knowledge with new awareness.

Also, to create specific period of time for these employees to acknowledge the new environment that will be implemented in a respective organization. As changes in a work area could be hard for some employees to grasp or handle easily. Therefore, training programs should also be implemented alongside with these disciplines and that is to increase the efficiency of such organization. Furthermore, to send emails to employees discussing these disciplines and their importance in the work field, and how they could play a difference if implemented. Also, to create surveys testing the knowledge of these employees regarding disciplines of a learning
