In this case, we are examining Natalie Attire to verify if she was rightfully terminated. Natalie had gone to a New Mexico State University with a major in Early Childhood Education, and dropped out when she decided that she did not like working with children. Natalie frequented Skully’s bar, near her university where she had met her boyfriend Zeke. She then, in time began working at Biddy’s Tea House and Croissanterie, located in Truth or Consequences, NM.
Biddy’s Tea House had been in operation for over 20 years. Ms. Biddy Baker had handed her (Natalie Attire) a termination notice because she was fearful that people would be appalled and disgusted to come into Biddy’s and be served by Ms. Attire. Ms. Baker was not able to prove a decrease in sales due to the alteration in Natalie’s appearance.
CONCLUSION
Natalie Attire did not properly cover her arm length tattoo and she was wrongfully terminated because Natalie was not aware of an employee handbook and there
