Less Biased Assessment

Teachers are considered an important assessment instrument due to many valid reasons. Major parts of assessments take place in the classroom while students and the teacher communicate with each other. Teachers plan out the entire lesson before the beginning of the class. After planning out the entire lesson, the teacher allots different tasks to the students according to the lesson taught.
