Letter to Truman
To President Truman,

The second I heard the news of I’m being relieved from my generalr position I was totally shocked and disappointed… I do not take the actions I have done for no reasons, I believe that everyone in the war have their own rules to do and decide about the next action he or she’s going to do. And to be honest I have always thought about the country.

Every general, commander and even soldiers at the front line sacrifices their life to fight for their country (mostly soldiers), why do you think they volunteered to join in this dangerous duty? They want to get the badges or money after the war? No! They fight because they feel that they each have responsibility to protect the people in their own country and to serve their country and this includes me.

I’ve fought in the First World War and got 13 medals of bravery, which means that I have more experience of war than you do! If you can’t even trust your army’s general then who would you trust? War is always unpredictable; a movement or even a word in a speech could affect the situation, so we have to predict what might happen next and try preventing it from happening before it creates more difficulties to end a war.

In my own rule book I have to complete everything that is done by me and not leaving them to somebody else. It is my responsibility to finish the war in Korea, I have to stop communism from spreading further and further around the world which will be a threat to America. Soon after I have announced that I am going to attack the Chinese you immediately decided to reduce the amount of resources, are you afraid of them? They turned to fight against us to help communist take over South Korea so we should strike back without any concern.

Disappointing I should say about your decision Truman… We could have stopped the spread of communist and lead those communist countries back to capitalism; this might make more Americans killed but it worth us to play a last card.
At last I

Once the Cold War started, Truman was the president. He made his Truman doctrine to help influence the democracy. In other words, Truman’s choice to fight a limited war was not justified because the United States did not want South Korea to fall under communists rule and not lose against the Russian War. For example, in “Textbook A”, it illustrates that the American invaders were being more aggressive to the war because they wanted to destroy its infancy. Even though, the American invaders were carrying out their war project.…

Imagine a harsh, snowy December and the people around you are sick, hungry and cold. Some men are also dead. All of you are fighting for the thing that's going to make America independent. Most of the soldiers her are done with their nine month enlistment and it’s my turn to decide whether to re-enlist or not. I would not abandon Valley Forge because the Committee of Congress gives me hope, the healthy men have to stay and fight and we are not a nation of summer soldiers.…

As expressed in the President Fillmore's letter, I would describe Japan as "angry and frustrated." They did not want to accept the letter because it was one of their polices, and they felt as if President Fillmore had broken their private policy and thy was not willing to abide by it by any means. President Fillmore wanted to make Japan and the United States of America equal and more friendly towards one another but Japan felt as if his decision to do so would only cause problems, and that it did. I felt as if President Fillmore was making a great choice by trying to get Japan and the United States of America to come together as a whole and agree on a few things, because two minds are always better than one, but that still did not change the…

In the spring of 1947, President Harry S. Truman gave a speech to a joint session of congress, where he declared his new foreign policy approach for the United States in the post war era. This approach would become known as the Truman Doctrine, in it the U.S. would as Truman said, “support free peoples who are resisting attempted subjugation by armed minorities or by outside pressures” . Effectively Truman’s speech indicated that the U.S. would act to stop the spread of communism whether it be from the actions of the Soviet Union and other communist states, or by communists within democratic states. Truman’s speech to congress largely focused on the need for greater U.S. commitment to aiding the governments of Greece and Turkey, both of which…

War is hard, but not a hardship worth quitting for. In December 1777-1778, General George Washington made his winter camp at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. The British army under General Howe was only a few miles away in Philadelphia. Washington now has a problem because many of his men have signed up to fight for only nine months. Their terms are now coming to an end. After thinking long and hard I am deciding to reenlist for three main causes, lack of soliders due to illness, loyalty to my country, and belief in winning for pride.…

Secondly, Truman did the right thing by rejecting MacArthur's request. If he did not have stopped MacArthur for using nuclear weapons against Chinese cities that they would have been World War 3 between China and Unites State. Not only did Truman disagreed with this idea of MacArthur but Bradley alo disagreed with MacArthur. Bradley said the conflict with China would be, " the wrong war, at the wrong place, at the wrong time, and with the wrong enemy." This is saying that a war with China would not get us any where and we would not get gain anything from it.MacArthur did not listen to President Truman and still continued to urge the waging war against China. Even his superiors informed him not do this and he had no authority to make decisions of policy. After this act of MacArthur , President Truman got irate against MacArthur for his behavior so Truman decided to fire him. President Truman not only fired MacArthur only because of his behavior but Truman worried that the communist government of the…

I am writing to you, to express my opinion on the Declaration of Independence. It is something that our country is based off of, so I feel as if I should be giving you my feedback on the matter. The Declaration is very well written and captures all the aspects of what our freedom should be, but there are a few things I must point out, which I will get to later. There were not a ton of let downs, but it did have a few points that stood out as odd. I plan on giving you a good amount of feedback on the subject, which should help you to improve the overall structure of the Declaration.…
