My Dear Unborn Angel,

I am currently taking a class that taught me a lot about you and how I should treat you. I loved this class because it is about real life, neither like mathematics nor like languages; it made me gain some pre-experiences about having a baby. Let me tell you a little bit about the things I have learned during this last 3 months.
First, I will keep not having bad habits my whole life not just for my health but for yours as well, moreover, I do not want to be a bad example for you. This means that I will not drink alcohol during my pregnancy because it can end up as a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and affect you: you might have a mental retardation. I do not smoke and I do not intend to do so because you could have a low birth weight, sudden infant death syndrome, and some other illnesses in your lungs. I promise you I will not consume any teratogens and I will make attention that you do not sleep on your stomach at night. In addition, I plan to have you when I am between 20 and 30 years old because I will be ready for you in that time and I will avoid the chance of having you healthy. I rather give normal birth to you because it might be a once in a lifetime experience for me and I want to be satisfied with it. Additionally, it would be better for your health. Once you come to life, the doctors will make the Apgar Test to see how healthy you are, which I hope to have positive results.
My dear baby, I do not want to write about the bad things that might happen to you but the good ways I learned to raise you. Once you come to life, I will teach your father how to be an authoritative parent and we will use that method to raise you. This means that you would have some limits but we will be there to listen to you and I promise you that we will be somewhat flexible. I am a believer of Freud’s psychoanalytic theory so I will not be very strict during your potty training because I do not want you to be fixated on the Anal Stage

“He is a craftsman of unquestionably first rank, a man who can bend language to his will.” This is how The New York Times Book Review describes Erich Maria Remarque’s writing in the novel All Quiet on the Western Front. Remarque uses figurative language to enhance his ideas. The most developed device he uses is personification because it grabs the reader’s attention and helps the reader understand the mood of the novel.…

Through class lesson I have learned new things from my classmates, from newspapers and from my teachers. I have learned that we as a nation are too quick to believe when something is right or wrong without taking the accounts into consideration. With this, I have learned to question the details and being more involved to avoid blindly answering. My classmates have taught me that we can all help each other improve. I have examined students in the Wight Foundation helping one another out so we can all excel. There is always room for growth even when you think you are your…

There are many issues in this country today. I would like to bring up the subject of abortion. In my opinion, having a child aborted before it was born is murder. In other words, the baby is killed. This should not be happening, this is not American to kill others, and deny people the right to live.…

I had a baby girl 21 months ago, She was born at 25 weeks gestation and weighed just over 1 lb 12 ounces; the experience would have been devastating if not for the role of the nurses at the emergency room who helped stabilize me and my baby as I went through a precipitous, spontaneous premature labor. Their skill, dexterity and critical thinking knowledge saved my life and that of my baby before we could get to the labor and delivery unit .Their dedication to each patient that comes in to that fast- paced unit put me in awe of the profession and made me decide firmly to pursue a career in…

Parenthood is often considered the most difficult journey in the life of a person. When one becomes a parent, whether or not it is within marriage, he/she becomes responsible for the life of another. Joanne said, in a humorous way, “I think the most difficult aspect of parenthood is giving birth…..your father might have been the most painful.” Dante then interrupted by saying, “there are many ups and downs about parenthood, but a good parent never quits.” These are words to live by. The sheer concept of being responsible for the life of another person is difficult and often terrifying, but watching that child blossom that makes parenthood so fulfilling and rewarding.…

I know your about to grow up a little and start noticing things that you haven’t noticed before. As much as you have hated girls in the past, those girls are going to be start looking more attractive. You might deny this now but really it’s going to hit you like a train. That thing inside your pants is going to start pointing you in the wrong direction, so it’s good that I let you know now and tell you a little bit about sex. Girls have something that us boys desire and it can be the best feeling ever or the worst mistake you’ve ever made. You’re going to start thinking dirty thoughts and falling in love, but you got to know what love is and how it’s ok to love yourself. By loving yourself I mean jerkin off. You don’t know what that means quite yet, but you will. Just try to get it done in the shower and never let me or your mother know you’re doing it. Now a little about this sex thing, if it’s going to happen you’re going to want to use something called a condom. A condom is what you’re going to put over your little pecker when you think that you and Miss Mary think you should get it on. It’s a rubber package I will supply for you and show you how to use. If you don’t wear a condom, your penis will fall off and you will die because there are infections called STI’s, but you don’t have to worry about those because you’re going to wear a condom every time! Trust me son, wearing these condoms is a super cool thing because it also prevents your little lady friends getting pregnant. Sometimes though the loves of your life tell you lies and say there on birth control which means that they take a pill every day to prevent getting pregnant. Still wear a condom though because there still is a chance of getting STI’s and if you get this no girl is going to want to have sex with you. Have fun sex is good if done correctly and I hope you use these tips to help you out in the future.…
