Being content with what you have is fine, but make sure you don’t confuse being content with settling for less because you are too scared,lazy,tired to go for what you want. Life is too short to play small. You don’t want to waste yours.

of time people spend on social media is constantly increasing. Teens now spend up to nine hours a day on social platforms, while 30 percent online is now allocated to social media interaction. And the majority of that time is on mobile - 60% of social media time spent on our phones.
On the presidential election we spend half of are 2015 and 2017 years because. Candidates spend huge amounts of time, energy and money on campaigns that mainly affect the outcome by making it more likely you’ll get elected because you have a lot of money, rather than because you would actually be a competent decision-maker. But mainly because the money is so important that when someone is elected, their job become raising money for the next campaign rather than making competent decisions. When someone first mooted the idea of democracy, this probably wasn’t what they were imagining.
In conclusion You need some downtime, and the best place to find it is with all of that wasted time throughout the day. When you track your time and see where you are wasting it, you will find that you can make corrections to your schedule to eliminate it. Doing so will help you start getting more out of your life, or at least providing you with a bit more time so you can enjoy it! Take a walk, spend time with your family, or get some more exercise.
