Shortly, after I finished my BSC in Business, my desire to work with young children led me to several teaching positions in elementary schools. Those early teaching experiences helped me providing young students with basic learning skills. Furthermore, I learned how children develop and learn which benefited me later on my teaching career.
Afterwards, I worked as an admission representative in an institute. This position enriched my office management skills as I learned how to be well organized, systematic and effective facilitator that can process the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Moreover, it refined my personal abilities to be a diplomatic person with strong communication skills and the ability to deal with prospective persons (managers, staff, students, parents) in professional approaches.
Even though the previous position was at some point related to my bachelor degree, however I realized that my talents and traits were better suited for working in education field.
I returned to teaching when I moved to live with my family in another country, which is well - known with its multicultural community. I had the opportunity to teach children at foundation stage, as well as I experienced coordination tasks as I worked as an early childhood coordinator, which involved me in handling all aspects of the education process, in addition to supervising, supporting and developing teaching staff.
Reflecting on my career journey so far, stirring between different jobs at the beginning of my practical life, let me strongly believe that I draw on the Accidental or happenstance approach to choosing occupations. My previous occupational choices were unplanned, they were just good offers that I got, but I had the opportunity to discover my skills, interests & abilities through them. Besides, I realised that a career in education section offers challenges and rewards, and plenty of opportunities that better matches my personality. As a
