To me, this is amazing and this culture should be adopted by many other management styles where hierarchy in a company is an issue and people’s work is brushed off.
Lincoln Electric’s management style is unique, its philosophies and teachings are one that should be embraced by all, and their sheer success should be a determination and aspiration for companies wanting to lead and be successful. James portrayed high integrity of managerial skills and his culture is embedded in his company and from it, he has not only enriched the lives of customers but also his very own employees. Personally, I do feel as if many companies can enlighten themselves if they follow the path of James. James’ company has mutual respect for employee’s and customers, yes there's a chain of command but that command has respect for the workers, for if it wasn't’ for them where would the company be today, how would this company be successful if it wasn’t for the workers
