Lincoln Electric’s management style is unique, its philosophies and teachings are one that should be embraced by all, and their sheer success should be a determination and aspiration for companies wanting to lead and be successful. James portrayed high integrity of managerial skills and his culture is embedded in his company and from it, he has not only enriched the lives of customers but also his very own employees.
