The Linden Depot is the last surviving junction depot in the State of Indiana. It now has a new CSX caboose and animated circus. The Depot closed its doors in 1973, and re-opened 20 years later. This is the 23rd season for the the museum. The mission of the Linden Depot Museum is to preserve and protect the historic 1908-built deport and its railroad memorabilia.
"We have been able to preserve a lot of railroad artifacts in the museum," said Vice President, Elizabeth Hendrickson. "It's important that people get to see these. We don't want people throwing these away, putting these things in the landfill."
