There are plenty of troubles, bottlenecks and roadblocks when managing an Organisation. But with correct guidance and leadership it could drive towards success and a person who successfully and effectively carrying out that task is identified as a leader. Strategic Management is all about utilising the Organisational resources more efficiently and effectively where as Leader would bring all people to achieve common objective of the Organisation. Leaders being visionaries could guide the human resource of an organisation to achieve Organisational goals where managers could make the guidelines to achieving these objectives. Since there is an Strategy and Cleary laid Organisational plans both these two functions could assist Organisation in achieving their common goals with proper planning and executing the business plans (Brighton School of Business and Management, 2017).

There are thee main Leadership styles called autocratic, democratic and laissez - faire. Autocratic leaders instruct workers on what to do where as democratic leader encourage team work and sharing and always listen to the employees. laissez - faire are not born leaders where they help when they were requested. One needs to understand himself which type of leader himself adopting it to the Organization.
