List TWO Things That You Have NOT Done Well To Take Care Or Groom Yourself E
1 List TWO things that you have NOT done well to take care or groom yourself e.g. diet, drink water etc. Explain why you think you have failed to do it well.

One of the things that I do not do well to take care myself is eating meal at irregular time. Eating meal irregularly is having meal that does not fixed at a particular time in everyday life. In order to enter university and further my study, this is my first time that I leave my lovely home and come to a place which is not familiar to me and far away from where I came from. Without any family members especially mother, having meal is a big problem to me as I have to prepare every single meal in order to get rid from hunger. With a busy university life, important of eating regular at particular time will be neglected as too many things to be concerned. Sometimes, I did not have my breakfast immediately after I am awaked, the time that I had my breakfast is already around 11a.m. Instead of having breakfast, I am having brunch. As result, I will not feel hungry at the lunch time. This causes me to skip the lunch and just eating some biscuit or snack to prevent hunger during the afternoon class that end in the evening. This is the main reason that I having meal at irregular time. The other thing that I do not do well to take care myself is lack of exercises. As a busy university life, I have become lazy to do exercise as there are too many others things to do. In the other hand, I sleep late and cause me to wake up late, so there is no time for me to do exercise in the morning. Furthermore, with the afternoon class, I came home around 6 o’clock. At that time I am already exhausted so I prefer stay at home and rest rather than going out to do exercises. As result, I am only doing exercise once a week which is indeed insufficient for me to have a healthy life style.

The separation of powers is a system of joint power also known as Checks and Balances. This lead to creating three branches to our constitution, which are The Legislative branch made up of the House and Senate, the Executive branch made up of the President and vice president and the judicial branch, which is made up of the federal and the supreme courts. My life is an unusual one. My work schedule has me getting up before the sun rises and getting home before lunch time. After I get home, my time is mostly occupied by my two year old daughter. Then, I cook dinner and usually go to bed before the sun sets. Because of the nature of this lifestyle, there is not much time for things like exercise or any other physical activity. Do not get me wrong. I do participate in some mild physical activity associated with chasing my daughter around outside on a nice day or inside when the weather does not cooperate, but I would hardly call that exercise. On top of that, because of my daily routine, I do not have time to really concentrate on what I am…

Good personal hygiene reduces any risks of skin complaints, unpleasant smells and bacterial or parasitic infection and it is important to encourage the individuals that I support to maintain their hygiene so that those risks are lowered. I also believe that encouraging an individual to take pride in their appearance may help them to build on their confidence as a person and contributes to a general feeling of comfort in one’s own body and well- being both mentally and physically. Encouraging my clients to take control of their own personal hygiene also ensures that they are making their own choices and decisions about their preferred ways in which to carry out their personal care; for example where an individual chooses to wash, and what product they may want to use. Bathing and showering also promote circulation in the body; exercises muscles and can create a relaxing sensation.…

The play Romeo and Juliet has two themes that rely on each other to create an understanding of the dynamics of relationships - the power of love and hate. One could easily conceive that hatred is the stronger theme when looking at the tragic denouement that befalls the star - crossed lovers. The ongoing feud between the Capulets and Montagues, functioning as a mean of hatred results in the deaths of the youths. However, a more profound exploration widens our horizons. Romeo and Juliet has become forever associated with love. The play has become an iconic story of love and passion, and the name “Romeo” is still used to describe young lovers. Shakespeare’s treatment of love in the play is complex and multifaceted. He uses love in its many guises to thread together the key relationships in the play.…
