Live On Mars Research Paper
Live On Mars?
Written by: Madison Decarlo, Joesy Bledsoe, Nika Podoprygora, Cailah Nikkila.

Why would you leave your family behind to go on a deadly mission? That’s what would happen if you went to Mars. I would never go on that mission if it means never hugging or seeing my family again. There is a company making plans to go to mars, so there is a question, “Do you want to go to mars or stay on earth?” You will never see your family or friends which would cause you to be lonely. Fresh air doesn’t exist and animals aren’t an option. Mars, is NOT an option.
You might be thinking about going to Mars, but there are many reasons why you shouldn’t. One of them is the fact that you could never see your family in person again . I don’t understand how some people can leave the people who raised them, ALL BEHIND.

We won't have fresh air, trees, or animals. Those are only SOME of the reasons you shouldn’t go. Mars is not a place to live or people would already be there. There isn’t oxygen to live. You’d have to wear a special suit, JUST to go outside.
Even though you would never come back and or see your family again it is an interesting thought to go to another planet to live and explore, you could even help the planet's population problem. But when it comes to the point is your family or a dangerous mission more important? No matter how great it sounds to live on mars and to be a part of history, I value my life and my family. Why would I just throw my life away for something that might not even work. And I am 99.9% sure there are people with me when I say that Mars is no place like home. and you're lonely. I think we need to protest against it, you could die going on this mission ,I wouldn't make that risk.. You might have some family and you might want to go to Mars, well you’ll be leaving your family for ever. I think that it is a bad idea to go to mars and live

As your president, I am proud; we are superior to those who were left behind on Earth and the Earth-1st party voters. The reclamation of Mars from the horrid Earth-1st Party that previously ruled this planet further proves that we are superior, and we belong here; this is our land now. Mars is a planet like no other; this auspicious planet offers our children opportunities that no one has ever had before and offers us wealth like no other planet can. It should be emphasized that I will not mollify out hate for Earth-1st sympathizers, who support the restoration of Earth with resources from Mars; anyone who is labeled as an Earth-1st sympathizers will be deported to outer space. Furthermore, Mars will be an asylum only to those people who show they are worthy of being rescued from the radioactive Earth; anyone who demonstrates incompetency or low intelligence will not be offered protection here. To alleviate the residents of Earth from their…

In 1961, the world was changed forever, Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin entered the spacecraft Vostok 1 and traveled into space. Following him in the same year, was the American astronaut Alan Shepard in Freedom 7. Then in 1969 the crew of the Apollo 11 mission landed on the Moon. This space race in the 1960s helped to light the fire of man’s interest in outer space and has lead mankind to wonder if we could live away from the comfort and safety of planet Earth. Many scientist and explorers have wondered if it would be possible to colonize the Moon or Mars for the purpose of research, resources, and hopefully a secondary home for the human race. However, many people have also doubted the idea of leaving the safety of planet Earth to explore other options of habitable places. Many argue that space exploration is dangerous and some critics argue that it is using too much money that could…

Alexander Fisher and Juniper Springs had opposing views on whether it was time to go to mars or not with their articles, The Case for Mars and Mars- A Waste of Time and Money. Both articles discussed the same topics and supported them in the same way, but with opposing opinions on the topic. The authors both included points about new technology and how it would affect the economy, whether robots can take a human’s place on Mars, and how the radiation levels could affect a human body. For example, in article one, The Case for Mars, states that technology developed during the quest could benefit humans. Fisher also argues that robots take much longer to do the same amount of work compared to humans. He also admits that the radiation is dangerous,…
