HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
An integral part of Human Resource Management’s function is the development of the most important resource which is staff, employee, and people. The responsibility of the HRD with regards to employee development lies in Training, Educational programs and courses to improve performance and productivity. Performance evaluation, and Management development .
The HR should come up with a solid objectives, map policies and plans to strengthen the organization’s program of Human development. By employing practices human resource management can significantly improve the potential of each employee opening a career path venues by honing talent and skills of the employee.
There are two Human resource objectives that is Training and Development and Organizational Development. Training and development is primarily focused of the individual’s needs ensuring the employees completed its training requierement.
Organizational development must be balanced during these process, ensuring that the company itself is leveraging these evolving human resource to its maximum benefiting both the organization and the employee.
Therefore Human Resource Department in the organization is vital in empowering the employee successful career path and charging success of the company as well.
CAREER MANAGEMENT
The first step of career management is Goal Setting, the individual’s goal should be in synchronize with the company’s goals and objectives. Career opportunities depends on the individual talent and skills and his abilities to perform management function.
