The proposed resolution would be to change how data is collected by not allowing “anyone” to report the event. If a vaccine event is observed the parent or individual would report the information to the administrating facility. The administrating facility could ensure all details are included and errors would have the potential to be less as the people collecting and organizing the data for reporting are medical professionals. These medical professionals could also evaluate and limit reported vaccine events related to increased public awareness brought on by media coverage.
