Introduction
In this task I’m going to explain the point of view about HAP and Tesco of different stakeholder seeking to influence the aims and objectives.

Organisational structure
Is refers to the levels of management and division of responsibilities within a business, which could be presented in and organisational chart. The main structure that Harris Academy has is each improved in all aspects starting for the classes, students, teacher and school. Harris has decided to improve and this has rules that teachers should make students stand by the rules. Harris is separated by different departments, each department’s means about different subjects. Also each department has different teachers. It also has the support of parents and the view them as HAP always doing meeting with them to discuss the issues of students. Harris has different levels for students, has the GCS, BTEC and A-LEVELS for students with the best qualifications. HAP students are near the area of Southwark, although there are also other students living away but most are near the school. HAP offers from nursery to sixth form you could say from 3 years to 18 or 19. A student may study in HAP all these years, but students usually tend to switch from school or when age comes to choosing a college or continue PAH, students often go to college. HAP has support for the government who is the founder, the federation owned and Lord Harris this help financially to HAP.
