Competition is Tough: Follow the Four Functions of Management to Succeed
According to "Functions Of Management" (2008-2012), "Management has been described as a social process involving responsibility for economical and effective planning and regulation of operation of an enterprise in the fulfillment of given purposes.” (para. 1). 41a only need the one period There are four functions of management that include planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. In order for a business to be successful, all four processes ought to be connected. Is it true that all four functions of management must be followed? Leaving any management process out will lead ultimately a company to fail. According to Four Functions Of Management: Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling (2013), “Now, before you think your boss is different, you should also know that the four functions of management are standard across industries, whether that be in a manufacturing plant, a home office, a grocery store, a retail store, a restaurant, a hotel, or even an amusement park" (para. 4). The management process should include each of the four functions for business success instead of failure. If 1g3 a business arrangement does not include all four functions in the management process_12b Comma follows an introductory dependent clause that starts with 1g3 words it may not be successful. To avoid failure, it is important to assemble a business requirements analysis. By designing the scope of the project and following each management process can help avoid pitfalls. For example, let us assume that a company has an objective to boost sales during the month of January. The team first needs to plan a complete action plan. After the plan is detailed the second management process would be to organize and implement. Schermerhorn (2013)
