We offer these varied trampoline and tumbling programs with price options for all levels of interest, but with a greater emphasis on group classes. Legal and Ethical Implications There are legal and ethical allegations that can definitely affect the marketing process, which is apparent in this particular business. Due to the extrinsic injury factors, such as environmental, training and equipment conditions, and parental influences (Radelet, et al, 2002), there are always chances of injuries and lawsuits. That is why a many businesses surrounded by sports that involve kids, like indoor parks, bouncy castles, cheerleading & gymnastic have liability waivers that must be completed either by the adult whom is 18 years or older or by the parents or legal guardians for those under the age of 18 years of age.
These waivers warn the individual or parent or guardian of the different types of inherent risks, and that injury may occur, plus the different types of injuries such as minor injury (i.e., muscle strains and sprains, bruises, abrasions, and contusions), serious injury (i.e., broken bones, ligament and joint injuries, concussions), and/or catastrophic injury (brain injury, paralysis, heart attack, and death).
