Maslow
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a diagram created by Abraham Maslow. is one of the best-known theories of motivation. Created by psychologist Abraham Maslow, the hierarchy is often displayed as a pyramid, with the most basic needs at the bottom and more complex needs at the peak. Maslow believed that humans communicate to fulfill many of our basic needs. Maslow felt that our basic needs must be met before we are concerned with the more abstract needs (Wood, 2013). The stages of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs illustrate how important communication is for human survival.
Abraham Maslow (1968) proposed that we communicate to meet a range of human needs. According to Maslow, basic need must be satisfied before we can focus on those that are more abstract (p 5). Safety needs in Maslow's hierarchy of needs refer to the need for security and protection, the person need to feel safe, both in the physical enviroment and in relationship. When we have our physiological needs for food and water met, our safety needs dominate our behaviour, like for my kids i always worring being a mother for their safety and security . My twin daughters are going to a day care and its a wonderful, clean day care but still mother is mother, i always concern about safe enviroment, clean healthy food, the language they learn because they have kids from all diffrent nationalities. Usually my husband drop off our daughters to day care and picks up also, day care timming are till 1745 and my husband finishes work by 1730 and then he rushes to pick up the girls, its very hard for him but still he tries to manage but last year march as routine he has to pickup the girls but due to heavy traffic he was getting late and then he called me at my work place, first i was so pannic that oh God what to do ?
