Thompson and Willlam J.McEwen of Organization Goals and Environment, In the analysis of complex organizations the definition of organization goals is commonly utilized as a standard for appraising organizational perfornance. In many such analyses the goals of the organization are often viewed as a constant. Thus a wide variety of data, such as official documents, works activity records, organizational output, or statements by spokesmen, may provide the basis for the definition of goals. Once this definition has been accomplished, interest in goals as a dynamic aspect of organizational activity frequently ends.
I worked at a bank on Vietnam, a group of bank financing on Vietnam, Vietnam. As a leading economic group, was established on 15.01.1965, with a headcount of 5,800 employees, total revenues in 2013 were: 17,096 billion VND (2013)

In celebration of 45 years established in 01/2010, on Vietnam has been honored by the State Party and the Independence Medal Second Place. Bao Vietnam is BVQI (UK) certified quality management according to international standards ISO 9001: 2000 from May 8/2001 and ISO 9001: 2008 in 2009.
