Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to find out at what level are my time management skills and ways to develop these skills, which in my opinion is very important to become successful. To be able to perform this assignment, I had to attend the personal effectiveness days in order to have a clear vision on how to manage the priority of tasks and set up my day.
By reading Stephen Covey, called "7 Habits of highly effective people", I come to the opinion that this gives a good explanation of the qualities of effective people and based on real-life examples. Moreover, I identify three main habit to be used in order to develop my time manage skills. These habits are:
Decision making skills
Organizational skills and productivity
Keeping commitments
Further, I had to fulfill the “Zero-measurement skills & attitude test” and two other management skills test in order to find out my weak parts and make a plan to improve in the near future.
1. Zero-measurement skills & attitude test
In this section I gonna compare and analyze the similarities and differences which result after completing the test by me, my sister and my last employer. Moreover, I gonna provide a reflection based on the outcome of the test.
