Dear members of UTP English Club,
For your information, the high committees, president and vice president of UTP English club are planning to hold a Charity Jumble Sale on the 10th of September 2013. This event is meant to fund those needy around the campus. We will be offering them financial assistance to reduce their burden and improve their lifestyles. In order to run this charity event smoothly, we hope that each member is able to contribute in terms of publicity, manpower and second hand goods.
Since we are holding this event for three consecutive days, we definitely need sufficient manpower to ensure the event is well organized. We have several departments which are games, second hand goods, decoration, and donation departments. Manpower is significant especially for booth setting and decorating Pocket C. There will be shifts for each department. When it comes to second hand goods, we appreciate those who are willing to donate their used items which are still in good conditions. Items such as books, clothes, toys and electric appliances are most welcome.
Publicity plays the main role to obtain publics’ attention to ensure this event run grandly and to collect extra fund. The
