From the case scenario, Lisa could easily be diagnosed with dual diagnosis. This is because of smoking cannabis, drinking alcohol daily and unpleasant experiences of hearing voices (psychotic). Other psychotic symptoms present are isolation from friends, withdrawn and history of suicidal ideation.
