Mental health is one of the issues that is deemed as taboo by most cultures and / or religions in the world. In as much as individuals suffering from mental range issues are humans, they face stigmatization and most individuals do not want to be associated with them. Some of the mental health issues that are facing individuals today include bi- polar disorders, schizophrenia, depression, family conflicts, mood disorders, psychosis, Anxiety, trauma, Personality disorders, and Relationship problems and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
