• Partially engaged in conversation.
• Folding arms and preoccupied.
• Slow rate of movements, Psychomotor retardation.

• Jonathon can recall about his medication and the name but took time to recall it.
• Further assessment such as mini mental status examination/ RUDAS recommended.
Speech
• Slow but speaking in full sentences and responded to the nurse questions accordingly.
• Long pauses within his speech when the interviewer asked him about how well he felt connected to his family.
• Delayed response few times when he was asked about the past incident.
• Speaking in a low pitch and slight whispered when mentioning about the neighbours who helped him to get the alcohol.
• Jonathon spoke softly with the nurse throughout the interview.
Thought
• Thought Process: Circumstantial – thought blocking and halted speech with long pauses before answering some question.
• Thought Stream: Thought stream was decreased and pressured.
• Thought Content: Denies thought of self-harm or suicidal ideation, denies homicidal, however Further assessment required. Jonathon has thought of Guilty for being man without the job.
