The Methylphenidate There are many types of drugs and we all know that all of them are bad. Drugs are or can be an addiction to somebody who decided to start using them. There is many ways that somebody can use drugs like stimulants, depressant, inhalants, cannabinoids, hallucinogens and many more. Because MPH also takes all the waters that are on human body’s that makes dehydration that consequently make the headache. The headache make by the Ritalin can be avoid by drinking lot of water and less sodium so people can avoid water absorsion and stop the dehydration.
