Mica Campus Leadership Philosophy
I am passionate about being a leader because I see leadership as the product of responsibility and experience. As a former student leader at high school, I believe the meaning of campus leadership is to provide high quality services for the students and the parents. Also, leaders need to exchange ideas from each other, so they can make the community a better place for students to live and study. I am always seeking for opportunities to help people and enrich my experience, and I believe I will make great contributions as a leader on MICA campus.
Back to high school, I was the founder and the Vice President of the National Art Honor Society, in charge of student events and public relations. During three years, I improved my communication and
organization skills, also I learned responsibility of a leadership position. After entering MICA, I worked for Campus Safety as Desk Assistant, provide assistances for professors and students. I believe my experiences will help more people and build a better community with others here at MICA
