Michael Jordan 10 all NBA first team nomination, 10 championship scoring titles, the highest career scoring average in the regular season and play-off and he has over 32 games scoring 50+ points. How can Michael Jordan not be considered the greatest player in NBA history? Michael Jordan is the Best player ever. he has 9 all defensive team,14 NBA all star, and 10 championship scoring titles. Michael is considered the greatest because of his defense. in 1987-1988 Michael had a total of 259 steal and had 151 blocks. Michael was all defensive first team for 5 years straight from 1987-1988 season to 1990-1991 . He was also defensive player of the year in 1987-1988 season. Darko Mihajlovski on bleacher report said,
