Right? Well, it concerns you because society has led us to believe cultural discrimination is gone, but it still lingers in the government approved T.V. Shows and movies. Try and visualize yourself at an airport and travelling elsewhere for personal reasons, the chances of you being stopped just because of your visual appearance are unlucky whereas a man of Arabic decent who wears his traditional dress has a 60% chance of being stopped and questioned.

Post 9/11 T.V. Shows like“24, Homeland, and Tyrant” made an appearance. Sure, these shows create an entertaining experience, the majority of these shows just create chaos for those who are seeing the true form of what these shows are trying to portray. In this last decade, American-produced T.V. Dramas and movies have had a tendency of portraying the Middle East in disturbingly negative ways. This only helped the hate gap to extend.
