People will do about anything to avoid a migraine. But migraines sometimes just happen, if a person cannot avoid them then they should know the main causes, to help prevent their migraine. One of the main causes of migraines come from high stress levels. ("Prevent Migraines and Headaches by Managing Stress") When stress persists, the body begins to break down and illnesses, like headaches and migraines, can occur. In order to cope with stress people must identify the stressors in their life, learn ways they can reduce stress, and learn to manage stress.
