General Questions

Location? Fountain Hills, Arizona.

How many staff applications have you made? I have made quite too many. I am not one hundred percent sure how many applications I have made. I am going to take an educated guess and say it was about six or seven.
When was your last application made? My last application was made the on 10th of August.

How long have you been playing Minecraft? I have been playing for quite some time now. I started on the Pocket Edition of Minecraft, and then I started watching Youtubers who recorded Minecraft survival games. Watching these people really inspired me to get the PC version. Once I got the computer version I right away started playing on the best servers, including ItsJerryandHarry.
How long have you been playing on the server? I have been playing on ItsJerryandHarry for 2 years. When I first joined I honestly didn't know much about Minecraft, I am not going to lie I was pretty bad. This community helped me develop as a Minecraft player. ItsJerryandHarry was the fifth server I ever joined and every day I am thankful for how much it has helped me become a better player.

active are you on the Server? I am quite active, but because of school it has cut into some of my time. During the weekend I am mostly on all day. I am always at either the Hub or AgarPvP now that it opened up.You can also find me at Parkour or Sumo sometimes. A schedule is not needed because how will you be able to track the exact times you will be on. I know that I will dedicate 3/4 of my time in this community.
How active are you on the Forums? On the forum page I am basically always on, but like I said school has cut into some of my time. I have three monitors, and on my third one I always have the website up, no matter what.
How active are you on TeamSpeak? Honestly, I could be a bit more active like I have said on past applications. Also I do not have the TeamSpeak app anymore because my mic is not working. I am rarely on TeamSpeak, but if I am needed on the TeamSpeak server i'll be on.

Previous experiences as a staff member?
I mean I could go on and on with probably a page or two about who I have worked for, but this is what I am going to say. Why would you need experience on tons of other servers when you are applying for here. You need experience on this community not tons of others. That's why ItsJerryandHarry has been my home for 2 years, and it has helped me so much. I have learned everything about the community, and I know my duties as a staff member. Every server is different, and if you have experience on a different server it will not be the same on this community. I have a lot of experience in this community, and that is what
matters.
What makes you a worthwhile helper/ Why should we choose you? I decided to combine these two questions together because they are basically asking the same question. Look, I know how things operate around in the community. I know my duties as a staff member like I said up above. ItsJerryandHarry has enriched my life, and it has made me feel better about myself. A long time ago about 3 years ago I was an immature person, and I only cared about myself, and then I struck upon this community, and it just changed me. Everyone makes mistakes, it is just a rule of nature. It has developed me into the type of person I am today. For the last two years this community has pretty much been my life. I have tried very hard to make this server the best I can. J&H is absolutely astonishing, and I think I can make it even better if that is even possible. I am exceedingly active on both the forum page, and the server.
Giveaways are something I like to do for this community. For everything J&H has done for me I feel like I should give back by doing giveaways for the people who can not afford donator perks/ranks. I have done six successful giveaways already, and I am going to be doing a lot more in time.
I am not doing this to be favored over others, but I am doing this to work for my favorite community. Working has always been something I have enjoyed, and I am hoping to work for this server for a very long time. I know this community like the back of my hand. Despite mistakes in the past that I cleared up with everyone, I think I am ready to become a staff member for this community. I know how to work with more then one problem at once, and I know how to multi-task. If there is two or more problems at once happening I know how to deal with all them by myself. I do not get overwhelmed or mad, and the key to this is staying calm, and understanding both sides of the story.
Furthermore to conclude my statements I want to bring this community a bunch of positive energy, presenting no negative statements at all. I want to make this community grow into a strong civilized place. As a staff member I think I can keep it that way. I want to be an exquisite role model to all the players that look up to the staff members. I will always be there to give tips to the players who need it, and making this community grow into a strong positive server.
Scenario
Harassing/2 players fighting Scenario?
#1. Ask for evidence from players who saw the conflict happen.
#2. See both sides of the story, and compromise.
#3. If the player was caught then there will be punishments.
Deal with younger person Scenario?
All I have to say is this, don't ever talk down to someone. People do not like being treated like they are younger or inferior to you. No one likes that feeling so just give them the respect they deserve.
Hacking Scenario?
#1. Get some evidence (I like getting evidence) and use /warn command.
#2. Send the proof to a moderator or admin, and let them finish the job.
