Nt1330 Unit 1 Research Paper
Why should we pick you: Well, I will dedicate my time and effort into this server and try and help new users all the time; I am normally always on the computer and if I am not, that means I'm at sports practice or doing a project/HW. And I've been playing minecraft since I was 8 and I have tons of experience and I think I can use that to the best of my abilities towards helping the server. And I used to be a hacker myself and I know a lot about hacks and I could also use that to spy on hackers and punish them for disobeying the rules; and with that ability to spot hacks easily, I think that will benefit the server greatly. Also, I would like to become a Helper because I would love to be apart of this community and help the server become less-toxic and just help the server in everyway possible that I can to the best of my abilities. Also I want staff because of my skills at being a moderator. …show more content…
My experience goes as far as when I was 8 when I started joining servers and my knowledge started to blossom. Also, I can communicate very well with the players in many different languages and dialects which people are not really familiar with them. I also feel qualified PVP wise as well because of my skills at detecting players that are not playing legit (hacking). With my PVP being as best as it has been before I feel very strong and very confident in my decisions to take action. Being a player that has relied on experience and trial and error. The strength of my communication and sticking with my decisions is what makes me one of the strictest people even if I do seem approachable. I also would try to strive to be the best Helper I can be, I will wait until I come across someone that needs to be helped. I would never to abuse the title of a Helper, I would do what I can to enforce the server rules and keep the troublemakers at

I want players to feel safe while playing on OxPvP. The community is already a great community however I do believe I can make it even better. A dedicated staff member is an attribute I can also bring. If a job needs to get done, I will get it done. I believe toxic communities always make the server look bad, so if I become staff, I will make sure the chat is a toxic-free environment at all times while I am on the server. I am a very generous and approachable person to speak to if you need help. I will always give back a positive vibe to the players and ensure they are enjoying their time while playing on OxPvP. I’m very good at giving advice towards players, while learning myself. While I am on TeamSpeak, I will make sure the Support Rooms never have players waiting for Support. Also, while on TeamSpeak, I will speak with the players more and get to know them and feel involved with the community. Players are 100% priority when you’re a staff member. Their needs are our priority to get them resolved as soon as possible. I will never abuse my staff rank at any time while I am a staff member. And if I am demoted or I resign, I will never post hate/ rude messages towards OxPvP. It is a great server, and does not deserve that. I am very mature for my age. I know how to handle situations. I have been told by people that I am a very mature teenager for my age. Also, I would love to give suggestions to OxPvP in the future if they are…
