Human resources management is (HRM, or simply HR) is function in organization designed to maximize employee performance in service of their employer’s strategic.HRM is the organization function that deal with issues related to people such as comperisation hiring, performance management, organization develop,safety,wellness,benefits,employee motivation, communications, administration and training.

The fact to be considered when recruiting in health and social care such as planning recruitment policy overall aim of recruitment, organization objectives personnel policies of the organization, government policies, need for organization and confirm the vacancy, legislation for the post selection, recruitment cost and financial implications.
