Introduction.
In this assignment I am going to discuss the recruitment and selection process within my company, based on a specific job role.

Background.
The job role is that of Service Manager at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The company specialises in the import and export of Jaguar, Land Rover and Mitsubishi vehicles. The role undertakes a full range of after sales service, and repairs, delivering the highest possible standards to ensure customer satisfaction. The role is delegated with full responsibility of budgets, resources, procedures and development of the Servicing Department.

As such great emphasis is placed on adhering to employment law, although as this assignment will show there are areas for improvement in the way the recruitment process is managed.
