2. Our culture matches its professed values. We have highly trained employees working together for the common good of the organization. For example, we have unmatched logistics, transportation, and facilities support in the region.
3. I don’t believe leaders always have values that match the organization. For example, when I retired from the Army we “had to” live the army values. When I started working for USACE, thinking it was going to be the same as active duty Army, I was very wrong. Civilian leaders are a lot more different than Army leaders, in their approach, actions, and words.
