Beady eyes that burn into my soul. Small, slender legs that are attached to sharp claws. Black skin that glistens in the sunlight. Terrifying screech that makes your heart stop This is the monster that created my fear. And this is how it started.
The day started as any other day would for a normal seven year old. Jumping out of bed and racing downstairs to eat breakfast. But I remember this day was extra special because today I was going to the galleria with my dad. I don’t think I had ever been to the galleria and my dad kept telling me it was about three times as big as First Colony mall so I was super excited. So when I woke up that morning it seemed as if the sun was giving me an extra boost with its shine. I raced downstairs and fixed breakfast as usual. I choked down my breakfast because I was in such a hurry

I did the usual brushed my teeth, washed my face, and got dressed. After I finished getting ready I raced into my parents' bedrooms to see if my dad had woken up yet, but of course he was still snoring in bed. Although to me, it seemed as if he was taking a million years just to brush his teeth. When he was finally ready I rushed down the stairs and ran straight to the garage to get in the car. My dad hopped into the driver's seat and we pulled off making our way to the Galleria. I was more and more excited by the closer we got to our destination. As were driving my dad starts to slow down and turn into a

As I observed his ghastly shadow I saw that he was over 8 feet tall. He had huge claws so each on looked like a dagger itself, ripping and tearing at the flesh of my fellow companions. He had long horns that curled inwards like a rams horns. He had a long, scaly like tail that swung and whipped in the air followed by a flop on the ground in a joyless motion, as if it too, like the monster, was thrilled to taste the succulent human blood flowing over the tongue and trickling down the throat.…

It was Tuesday, March first, 2011, my mother woke me up so I can start getting ready for school. I rose with eager anticipation, just four more days until my thirteenth birthday and I just couldn’t wait. I brushed my teeth and hurried down to eat the complimentary breakfast offered to us by the hotel we were staying at. You see we had been staying at a hotel for the past five months because the home we had been renting was foreclosed on so the utility companies turned off the power and the electricity. We had to get down at just the right time so that there was a small crowd but a lot of food so that we can take food back to the room to save for dinner. After breakfast, we…

2 with the slime and we already lost half of it. Andy and I were playing catch and we dropped a piece of it. Trigger, my dog ate it. I can believe him. He knew better. After, we went inside. The sun was going down, therefore Andy went home. I went to bed early because this house seemed even more eerie tonight. I put the monster blood in a empty coffee can, and Day went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and to my surprise the monster blood was oozing out of the can that I put it in the night before. That night I went down to the basement to store the monster blood and as soon as I set it in a rustic old tub it grew out of control. I leaned down to touch it and it started to pull me in. After a struggle I managed to pull myself free. I was…

Kemmy Nola proposed the idea that sometimes when people lack the feeling of completeness they begin to look for that feeling in other relationships, sex, and material things. It’s easy to say that by Dimmesdale being in a constant state of moral confusion he lacked this completeness. He looked to Hester who also lacked a sense of completeness with her husband gone. Dimmesdale fell in love with Hester and through their love they created Pearl. Dimmesdale’s epiphany during these events show his fallibility and the struggle he had doing good ; therefore, it’s easily depicted as a rising action, through the frame story of Dimmesdale’s internal and external conflict, which leads to the climax of Dimmesdale’s confession.…

The thirteenth emoji going left to right, that has heart eyes and has its lips perked out is relateable to a part of the book where Jerome and Rory are kissing intensively. He kissed my neck up, up, up to my ear......My body flushed itself with all the good chemicals that it takes to reserve for making out. On page 201 it states " He told me scary Jack the Ripper facts, and I had the sudden need to make out with him until I ran out of breath. I would have continued indefinitely if........."…

As I was writing my personal narrative for my composition 1 class, it easily made my mind boggle. After I had got started on my personal narrative, it was easy for me to keep writing and keep following along the story line. The main strength of mine that the essay played to was my creativity and my flexibility for different writings, because I have never written an essay as serious and sad as this one, but I did have to add my happy ending when I finished the story. I wanted it to be very attention grabbing with a twist, but I also wanted it to be very emotional.…
