Music plays a much bigger part in our lives, yet it is often overlooked. For example, music is usually present during big life events like birthdays, weddings, graduations, prom, most religious ceremonies, holidays and funerals. Music is usually present throughout the day while watching TV and commercials, shopping for groceries, at sporting events; playing on the playground and in formal music instruction.
