A combat zone in Afghanistan or Iraq are key examples of a stress environment in which most accidents, causality’s, and motivation are major concerns because with being away from family at long periods of time or forced to trust the person to the left and right of you to protect you when danger strikes adds onto the PTSD rates, depression, or soldiers committing suicide. In garrison (stateside) I hear a lot of soldiers mad or depressed just waiting in order to be out the military for good because of the working conditions and the leadership with there over the top ideas giving soldiers the mind set of saying forget it the unit won’t get any better than what it is. “Since I been in the military Instead of the army trying to make things better it just seems as if all the rules they come up with make it more difficult then the next” (CW2 Browder) commenting on his experiences since he been in the military for almost 8 years. Senior leaders have been in the military for 15 to 20 years so they are not relating to the younger crowd that’s coming in thinking it’s still back in there old era and that’s what I noticed on how they try to rephrase the different rules and field
