Although the majority of my time was spent with my best friend before I knew it, it was mid-august and it was time to move all out belongings onto the moving truck.
Cassie would help us pack our house everyday, as we joked and talked I almost forgot why we were packing. Moving day came around and I thought that last day that I would be in that town was the going to be the hardest; I was wrong. I knew that leaving the house I grew up in, the friends I had, my home, was going to be hard, but that did not prepare me for the new life I was going to have to start in Texas. I said my goodbyes to my friends and we set off to our new lives. I was so upset and had such anger towards my parents for making me move my junior year. As we settled into New Braunfels I became okay with the move.
The new school year came around and I kept to myself for most of my junior year.
