Abstract;
This report will discuss the PLC Domino’s Pizza and analyse the businesses operations and how they have changed over time with some brief description of the company’s history in order to establish the culture and recognise the growth of the company. When analysing the organisation of Domino’s Pizza this report will analyse the LoNGSTEEPLE of the business in order to analyses the environment in which the business operates within. SWOT analysis will also be present in this paper so that the internal strategy of the business can be analysed and to understand the resulting consequences whether of such action. SWOT analysis will also help an understanding of the competitive nature of the external environment within the Pizza and Fast Food industry. With the joint use of Both LoNGSTEEPLE and SWOT analyse and the use of statistical data will be explored to understand trends and predict, or explain any threats and opportunities there are for the business in its current environment and operations.
The point of this report was to identify the key issues, strengths and opportunities for this organisation and discuss your evaluation. The main issues discovered have been on an ethical front both for selling to low income based socio-economic groups and in the UK both political challenges from Labour Members of
