Multitasking is all around us, the office worker disturbed by a phone call, the teenager texting while driving, the salesperson chatting while entering an order. While multitasking, the mind manipulates all the many tasks we are doing this second, this hour, this week, and tries to perform them together, sometimes with great easiness, sometimes with great difficulty. We do not often stop to think about how exactly we accomplish these acts of multitasking great and small. How do we shift from one task to another? What types of multitasking are disruptive, and when are they most disruptive? And ultimately, how can we take advantage of the benefits of multitasking while improving its negative effects in our daily lives?

A recent study shown by Harvard Business Review articles states that multitasking leads to as much as a 40% drop in efficiency and improved stress (Peter Bergman, 2010).
Nowadays, the majority of employers are now demanding that workers capable of multitasking while they get paid with same salary as one. They are lack of awareness about multitasking that reduces worker performance, makes projects last longer and generates that panic because your to-do list is not getting done as study revealed by the National Bureau of Economic Research.
According to a study at the University of Sussex, continuous multitasking actually damages your brain. They stated that people who frequently multitasking have lower brain concentration as they unable to understanding, mental control and emotional control.
Dr. Susan Weinschenk also stated that multitasking leads you to make a lot of sloppy mistakes. As you want to make the multiple works to be done in one time, you will find a shortcut which is you try to make it with a lower quality of works. The researcher wants to identify the result amongst the target group regarding the research issues. Furthermore, the researcher wants to classify about the main factor of the research issue and why societies did not concern about dangerous of multitasking. The research place will be held at Puncak Alam including students of UiTM Puncak Alam. The researcher also will use observation as research method to observe the productivities of multitasking people. Both of interview and questionnaire will be conduct among students of UiTM Puncak Alam. The targets of the respondent are roughly 50
